CANCELLATION POLICY:
If an item is personalized or made-to-order, cancellation is not possible once the creation process has started and materials have been ordered, as it's difficult to reuse materials. Discounted orders cannot and will not be cancelled under any circumstances. Handmade products require time and effort to create; please refer to TAT and posts made regarding them at the time of purchase. Some items take longer than others to create, due to this - refunds can be issued if items are over and that’s what you would prefer! From here on out there will be a 48-hour window that you can cancel an order, after that all materials will be ordered, and NO cancelation will be possible. If you need a refund after this point, I will deduct all material costs and refund whatever is left after!

CLAIMING/INVOICE POLICY:
If you claim/order an item, please pay within 24 hours - or otherwise discussed so I can stay on track. If you claim and fail to pay you will automatically be removed from the group and unable to purchase from my shop. Posting items and typing each individual invoice out TAKES TIME, please respect my time as I respect yours as well.
RUSH ORDERS:
Rush orders will have a $20 additional fee put on them for up to 2 items, every item after will have an additional $5 fee!

SHIPPING:
All orders will be shipping UPS from here on out unless otherwise asked for. Please pay attention to your tracking and let me know if anything is wrong so we can contact usps/ups! I cannot watch every shipment I send, that is the buyers responsibility.

TURN AROUND TIME (TAT):
As of 9/1 my TAT is up to 10 business weeks! I am a one-man crew running this business, taking care of a whole house, 4 kids, doctor’s appointments, animals, and everything else in between. Please keep that in mind when ordering and plan to order ahead of time if you need something by a certain date! Fridays, weekends and holidays do not count towards this, that is my time with my family. I will be posting a calendar at the beginning of every month that will have a list of days I will not be in office - TAT will not count on those days.

With all this being said - if there is a mistake on my end or anything needs correcting PLEASE reach out so I can fix any issue that has happened! I do not know how to fix a problem if I am not made aware of it. If you need a seam fixed (no matter how much time has passed) I have no problem fixing it! Got a romper that needs turned into a shirt? No problem! A long sleeve shirt that needs turned into a short sleeve. We can make that happen too, just ask.
